This Barilla collection focuses on egg pasta, pestos and ready sauces rather than dried durum pasta. From the Emiliane line there are tagliatelle and fettuccine egg pasta and tortellini with prosciutto crudo, all in 250g packs. The pesto range includes Sicilian pesto with walnuts and ricotta, basil pesto with buffalo mozzarella DOP, pesto alla Calabrese with red pepper and Pesto Rustico with Mediterranean vegetables.

For quick pasta nights there are also 300g jars of Amatriciana and Ragu Montanaro sauce. Items are sold individually, so you can pair a pack of Emiliane egg pasta with a jar of pesto or sauce and build a simple meal.
