Beans & Legumes

Legumes are key items in an healthy diet and they play a major role in crop rotation. Legumes are used as a key ingredient in vegan meat and dairy substitutes.  And are the main  plant-based protein source for human consumption.  The most used are Chikpeas or Garbanzo beans, kidney or navy beans.  Lentils are know for their nutritional properties and in many cultures they are a mean for good  luck.
