California Avocados Direct

California Avocados Direct sells fresh, large avocados in two varieties. Hass avocados and Fuerte avocados are each offered in boxes of 6, 12 and 24, with the 12-count listed as a farmer's dozen.

Choose the 6-count for trying a variety or light use, the 12-count for a household that eats avocados regularly, and the 24-count for families, gatherings or sharing. Ordering both Hass and Fuerte lets you compare the two side by side in guacamole, salads and toast. Since these are fresh fruit, plan on eating or ripening them over the following days.
