Fattorie Umbre

Fattorie Umbre makes jarred Italian sauces, pestos and spreads, and this collection features thirteen of them. Pestos include Basil, Red, Basil with Truffle, Red with Truffle and a Sicilian Pesto with Pepper, Eggplant & Ricotta. Pates come in Artichoke, Black Olive, Green Olive, Spicy Pepper and Pepper & Eggplant, along with a Porcini Mushroom Sauce. Most jars are 180g, while the Chickpea & Tomato and Tomato & Lentil sauces come in 230g jars.

Each jar is sold individually, which makes it easy to try a few flavors side by side. The pestos and sauces work for quick pasta dinners, and the pates are made for spreading on bread or crackers when putting together an antipasto board. Keeping a handful of jars in the pantry covers weeknight meals and last-minute entertaining.
