Fishwife

Fishwife tinned seafood in this collection covers a wide range of fish and flavors. There is smoked salmon with Sichuan chili crisp, smoked rainbow trout, albacore tuna in olive oil in plain and spicy versions, and mackerel with chili flakes. Sardines come with preserved lemon or hot pepper, and anchovies are packed in extra virgin olive oil. Tin sizes run from 1.73 oz to 4.2 oz.

Everything is sold by the case, in cases of 6, 10 or 12 tins depending on the product. Tinned fish keeps well on a pantry shelf, so a case or two is a practical way to have ready protein for salads, pasta, toast and snack boards.
