What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and ELO. All payments are securely processed through Shopify with SSL encryption.

Can I cancel my order?

We process orders within 1 hour of receiving them, so cancellations must be requested within that timeframe. Orders placed on weekends or outside office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm) cannot be canceled. Once your order is processed and sent to our warehouse, we cannot reverse it. Please contact us at info@mycozyfarm.com immediately if you need to cancel, though we cannot guarantee we'll be able to accommodate your request.

Why was my order declined or changed?

We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason. If we cannot accept, modify, or need to cancel your order, we'll contact you via the email, billing address, or phone number you provided.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the continental United States (lower 48 states only).

How long will my order take to arrive?

We typically ship orders the next business days via UPS or USPS. You should expect delivery within 3-7 business days from your order date. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping on orders over $69. For orders under $69, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your shipping label is created. You can use this number to track your package through UPS or USPS.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once we ship your order, we cannot take responsibility for porch theft or incorrect delivery by the carrier. We recommend first contacting the carrier, and if that's unsuccessful, disputing the charge with your credit card company. Please reach out to us so we can help investigate what happened.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a full return, items must be in the same condition you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Important: For your safety, we never restock food items. This ensures every product you receive is 100% fresh and untouched. If your food item arrives damaged, we will replace it instantly.

How do I start a return?

Contact us at info@mycozyfarm.com or reply to your order confirmation email to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first—unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

What items cannot be returned?

Gift cards cannot be returned. Food items follow our replacement-only policy for damaged goods.

What about Repeat Purchase subscriptions?

If you're subscribed to our Repeat Purchase program and haven't paused or canceled your subscription, returns cannot be accepted. This ensures fair use of our promotional program. You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime to regain full return eligibility.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@mycozyfarm.com. We require a photo of the damaged item—we have a strict NO PHOTO, NO RETURNS/REFUNDS policy to prevent fraud. We'll issue a full refund or replacement once we evaluate your claim.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we approve your return, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is damaged or unusable when received, we cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What about Shopify Collective orders?

All Shopify Collective sales are final. Cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes of order confirmation. Returns and exchanges are not permitted except for damaged or incorrectly fulfilled items, which must be reported with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.

Subscriptions

How do subscriptions work?

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

Yes! You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime. Your order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, simply cancel before the renewal date.
